Life & Health Sales Agent (Licensed-Entry Level)

I'm currently expanding my office here in Texas and looking to work with a small group of motivated individuals — especially licensed Life & Health agents — who are ready for a more structured, production-focused environment.

We do provide guidance and discounted access to the required course — however, this opportunity is best suited for individuals who are serious about building a long-term business, not just exploring.

Hybrid (Remote + In-office)
New Braunfels / San Antonio preferred

• Coachable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to follow a structured system
• Serious about building income (part-time or full-time)

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor
• Performance-based income
• Ongoing training & mentorship
• No quotas
