ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Career Opportunity! As a Licensed Producer, you work in the office Monday - Friday working new leads to grow the business and assisting current clients with additional needs. You will work home and auto leads with a focus on Life and Health. It's your job to determine the needs of the client. We have plenty of calls coming in and new multi-line leads to work. You must stay organized and follow up with your new clients as needs change. Your ability to help the client will determine your referral opportunities.
My office grows with creating long term relationships and multi-line clients. Our focus is ensuring our clients think of us and only us when they need to protect their future. This is achieved through meaningful discussions focused on the needs of our clients. This is a professional role requiring exceptional customer service, listening skills and the ability to think on your feet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with all insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Desired 1 year of experience in Insurance Industry
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed at minimum Property and Casualty for an opportunity at employment.
- If you do not have Life and Health we may review a part-time option as a training role, until you're fully licensed.
