As a customer needs-based sales expert, you will market the Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Illinois State insurance license for life and health insurance is required.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Life and Health Insurance products sales experience is required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.
