Arcadia at Lookout Ridge
Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Activity Director to lead and elevate our resident engagement program.
This role is responsible for designing meaningful experiences that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being — while collaborating closely with our Marketing and Dining teams to create memorable community-wide events.
We are looking for someone who sees activities not just as a calendar — but as an experience.
Develop and maintain a dynamic monthly activity calendar
Plan and lead engaging group activities, events, and outings
Coordinate seasonal celebrations and signature events
Collaborate with Marketing to support tours, open houses, and promotional events
Partner with Dining to create themed meals, holiday experiences, and special programming
Encourage resident participation across varying cognitive and physical abilities
Manage activity supplies and budget responsibly
Track participation and maintain required documentation
Experience in assisted living, senior living, recreation, hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Comfortable leading groups and speaking publicly
Ability to collaborate across departments
Positive, professional, and resident-centered mindset
