For a view into our world, please visit our website at www.birminghamgreen.org Responsibilities/Accountabilities We have an amazing opportunity for a Life Enrichment Director that can: Monitors quality and effectiveness of all of the resident programming including admission assessment and care plans Evaluates the activity program through consultation with the residents and families, CEO/Administrator, other department leaders, and outside sources as appropriate. Implements needed changes as indicated by evaluation Coordinates with Administrators in the maintenance of a harmonious working relationship between Nursing Home and Assisted Living programming In coordination with Volunteer Coordinator, assists with placement and supervision of volunteers Experience/Skills/Education Required: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Current CPR certification or able to obtain certification within three months of employment Must possess valid Virginia driver's license and good driving record.
