We are seeking a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate engaging activities that support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and special events monthly.
- Promote a positive community culture for residents and staff.
- Provide educational opportunities on disease prevention and health management.
- Lead daily activities aligning with community standards.
- Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
- Design programs for a diverse resident population, including those with memory loss or physical needs.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Associate's preferred) and six months of experience working with seniors in activities or enrichment.
