Cinematic Arts students are uniquely positioned to shape culture through story. This role is built to help them grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally so they can faithfully steward their gifts, navigate challenges, and pursue their calling with wisdom and resilience.  

Experience and Qualifications:

• Certified Trauma-Informed Coach
• Certified StoryWork Coach 
• Mentoring experience

Responsibilities:

• One-on-One Mentoring Focused on Whole-Person Flourishing: Spiritual, Emotional, Relational, and Creative
• Spiritual Direction and Discipleship
• Mentoring and Life Guidance
• Trauma-Informed Spiritual Care
• Personal Growth and Identity Development
• Faith and Life Integration
• Weekly Discipleship group for the female Cinematic Arts students
• Mental Health workshop

Availability:

• 10 Hours a week
• Flexible  schedule, on-site and remote
