What your day will look like:
- Manage inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with insurance enrollment, plan information, and general support.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, complete enrollment steps, and support campaign initiatives.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

To be a champion in this role, you will need: - Life & Health SC Insurance License
- Experience in customer service, call center operations, or insurance enrollment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Word and Excel
