Seeking a full-time Licensing Service Representative to assist with evaluating applications and determining eligibility for various professional licenses.
- Perform paraprofessional duties, review applications, validate information, and approve licenses while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with PII standards.
- Communicate effectively with diverse applicants, provide guidance, and clarify policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate licensing records, process transactions, and reconcile payments.
- Stay current with rules, policies, and federal/state regulations impacting licensing processes.
- Support policy improvements and collaborate with field inspectors.
- Minimum qualifications include 2.5 years of relevant education/experience or 1.5+ years for trainee status; preferred knowledge of office practices and customer service skills.
