Job Description Job Title: Licensing and Compliance Coordinator FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: CFO/COO Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining business and contractor licenses, creating and updating a comprehensive database to track renewal dates, associated costs, and ensuring compliance with state regulations across the United States.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training: Experience with database management and compliance tracking.
