Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality therapy for clients and families.
- Manage a clinical caseload, providing coverage as needed.
- Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
- Communicate with external providers and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans using diverse clinical data.
- Support crisis interventions and maintain a safe therapeutic milieu.
- Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
- Contribute to discharge planning and staff training.
Qualifications - Licensed PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (active, in good standing).
- 3 years of clinical experience, including 1–2 years in residential settings.
- Expertise in behavioral health, treatment planning, and case management.
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities (preferred).
- Experience with diverse DSM-V diagnoses and milieu therapy (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass background/drug checks.
- Strong multitasking and computer skills.
