Therapist

Greenwood, IN (Statewide Telehealth Option Available)
Outpatient
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Option to work fully remote from anywhere in Indiana (telehealth-based)
Minimal in-person onboarding/training may be required

Join our team as a Therapist, where you’ll have the flexibility to deliver care either in-person or fully remote via telehealth anywhere in Indiana, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals, families, couples, and groups within your scope of practice. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders while developing individualized treatment plans that support recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Through evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and strong therapeutic relationships, you will empower clients to overcome challenges, build coping skills, and achieve their goals—all within a supportive and growth-focused clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and comprehensive clinical evaluations
  • Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders based on clinical findings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to support recovery, resilience, and skill-building
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case staffing, and clinical consultations
  • Maintain consistent caseload while meeting department service expectations
  • Coordinate care and collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of services
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EHR
  • Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency interventions when needed
  • Support discharge planning, transitions of care, and follow-up services
  • Engage in specialty services as appropriate (trauma-informed care, co-occurring treatment, psychoeducation, etc.)
  • Represent the organization professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
  • Participate in training, quality initiatives, and organizational development efforts

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required
  • Active licensure required: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
  • Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred
  • Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning preferred
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided)

Required License/Certification:

  • Active LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license in the state of Indiana
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required (if working in-person/community)
  • First Aid certification within 3 months
  • CPR certification within 3 months
