Inpatient Therapist (LPC/LSW) — Day

Our team at Sunrise Vista Health and Wellness is forward–thinking and provides care for behavioral health. Our focus is on offering behavioral health treatment programs that will set you up for lifelong success. Our programs are for adults and older adult patients. Our psychiatric programs and therapies help your entire family recover from the struggles with mental health disorders and/or traumatic events.
Guide patients from crisis to stability. As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.
Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
Master’s degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
