Are you a positive, upbeat individual with a passion for guest care? We're looking for a Licensed Salon Apprentice to join the Rejuve team! As a Rejuve Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the salon's high standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while gaining the experience to offer a wide range of services. 

Responsibilities: 

•  Master Customer Service: As a Customer Service Representative at Rejuve Salon Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they inquire about an appointment to the completion of their visit. You will handle customer bookings, answer inquiries, process payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. 

• Engage in Training: Participate in technical training courses and come prepared with necessary materials for learning and practicing hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Utilize model services to become confident and efficient as you gain experience, you will build a clientele as you train. 

• Assist Senior Stylists: Support senior hairstylists by shampooing, providing rituals, toning and other needs throughout your shift. 

• Salon Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon by folding towels, cleaning, and disinfecting salon spaces. 

• Administrative Support: Support guest care by communicating, scheduling, checking clients in and out and other technical tasks to ensure a seamless experience for salon guests. Help in managing inventory, and other administrative tasks.
