We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service, client relationship management and sales within an established and expanding personal lines agency.

What You’ll Do
- This is a client-facing role focused on providing exceptional support and service while building strong, long-term client relationships centered on trust and retention
- Conduct annual policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect clients’ families, homes, vehicles, and assets, while following through to quote and bind recommended coverage solutions.
- Contribute to agency production goals by generating new business opportunities through existing client relationships, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities within the agency’s client base.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license required; Life Insurance license preferred.
- Insurance experience preferred (service and/or sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
