Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Process new business applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance products.
Active Texas General Lines Agent (2-44) license required.
Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably with a focus on personal lines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
