Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Engage with potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products.

Policy Advising: Analyze clients' needs to recommend appropriate coverage options tailored to their unique situations.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and selling techniques.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in alignment with company procedures.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Alaska Property & Casualty License is required but we can help the right candidate get a license

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is desirable. ($3,000 hiring Bonus if you have 2 years of prior verifiable and recent (with in 6 months) Allstate Experience selling) (restrictions apply)

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
