Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Present and sell Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Process new business applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with the agent to identify new sales opportunities and marketing strategies.

Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.


Requirements

Active Louisiana P&C Insurance License.

Proven track record in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique insurance needs.

Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively to meet sales goals.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
