Compensation:$100,000+ performance based
Responsibilities:- Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Attend pre-scheduled buyer and seller appointments set by our Inside Sales team
- Conduct listing appointments and buyer consultations using our proven scripts and framework
- Show properties and guide buyers through every stage of their home search
- Negotiate buyer and seller contracts to achieve strong outcomes for clients
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently using our CRM
- Collaborate with transaction coordinators and support staff to move deals smoothly to closing
- Participate in weekly coaching and training sessions
- Stay current on Charleston market trends, pricing, and inventory
Qualifications:- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Passionate about selling
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
- Valid South Carolina real estate license (required)
- Comfortable working on both the buyer and seller sides of a transaction
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system and take feedback
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and earns client trust
- Self-motivated with the discipline to show up and do the work
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients and deals at once
- Located in or willing to serve the Charleston tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
