Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into clients through follow-up, consultations, and relationship building
• Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process from contract to close
• Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and market analyses
• Maintain accurate records and communication within the team CRM
• Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth closings
• Represent the team brand professionally across all client interactions and marketing touchpoints

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (required)

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow your business

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Willingness to follow proven systems and processes

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required

• Any experience level welcome — from newly licensed to seasoned agents
