Position Overview
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Psychologist (Bilingual Spanish) to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This role offers a hybrid schedule with minimal on-site requirements, providing flexibility while serving a diverse patient population.
Qualifications
Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active New York State Psychologist license (required).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure.
Language: Must be fluent in Spanish.
Work Schedule: Full-time position (Required to be on-site 1-2 days/month)

Key Responsibilities
Use psychotherapy to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and families.
Test and assess patients for indications of mental health disorders.
Develop treatment plans and strategies to help patients.
Support patients who have experienced traumatic life events.
Provide ongoing care and evaluation to patients with long-term difficulties.
Refer patients to other specialists or doctors as needed.
Help patients set realistic goals and monitor their progress.
Keep up to date with, and potentially participate in, new research in psychology.
