    This is a combined posting for a Licensed Professional Counselor and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title.     The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the Licensed Professional Counselor will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. This position works under clinical supervision, in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR state Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

    The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). Social Workers work closely with various departments throughout the PHS. They work with all inpatient or outpatient population. The LCSW shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination, that reduces health disparities/barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission.

    The Behavioral Health Associate LPC/LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH Associate LPC/LMFT will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.     Required Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
    • Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
    • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

    Licensed Professional Counselor, Salary Range:

    Portland, OR - Min: $41.63, Max: $64.63

    Social Worker LCSW

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
    • Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or
    • Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License.
    • License in states wherever care is delivered.
    • 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.

    Mental Health Therapist LMFT

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree Family therapy
    • Upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
