Job Summary
This full-time telehealth role is for an LPCC who wants to provide steady, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling for a range of mental health concerns. The work is centered on quality care, clear communication, and helping clients make progress in a private online setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Kentucky
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
- Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods
- Document sessions, client progress, and care updates in a timely manner
- Assess for risk, safety concerns, and changes in client presentation
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Participate in care coordination when needed
- Stay current with professional standards and licensure requirements
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LPCC license in Kentucky
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or groups
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
