Active LPN License.
Active BLS / CPR Certification.
Minimum 1+ years of recent LPN experience.
-Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
-Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
-Assist with patient assessments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
-Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records
