RESPONSIBILITIES

LPN Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to nursing supervisors
Perform wound care and other nursing procedures
Assess residents and document care accurately in medical records
Supervise and support CNAs and nursing support staff
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards
Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Promote a compassionate and resident-centered environment

Job Summary
We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Hornell, NY.
