Job Summary:
Saunders Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for opportunities in the Wilmore, KY area. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring patients receive quality care in accordance with established clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning
  • Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
  • Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and care team members
  • Support patients with daily living needs and ensure comfort and safety
  • Follow all facility policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
