As an LPN at Ayers, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while supporting a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment. You’ll collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and providers to ensure great outcomes and great experiences.
Perform assessments and ongoing monitoring; document accurately in PCC (EMR)
Administer medications and treatments
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; complete required documentation
Communicate with residents and families; provide updates and education as needed
Promote infection control and resident safety; respond to changes in condition
Support care plan development and interdisciplinary coordination
Provide guidance to CNAs; foster a positive, team-first culture
Active Florida LPN license in good standing
Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to resident-centered care
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and every other weekend/holidays as scheduled
