Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment at a respected Long Term Care (LTC) facility near Sterling, Illinois. Position: Travel LPN LTC
Location: Near Sterling, IL
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s
Shift Options: Days or Nights Available
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Compensation: Up to $1,500/Week
Setting: Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in an LTC setting
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Support residents with daily healthcare needs while promoting comfort and dignity
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Active Illinois LPN License (or compact license if applicable)
Current BLS Certification
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience preferred
LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a travel healthcare environment
