What You Will Do:
Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse
Assist with treatments and procedures and carry out selected duties within the established nursing plan of care
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with RNs to collect data and determine priorities in resident care
Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the healthcare team
Comply with nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care
Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered
Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Qualifications:
Current NYS LPN license in good standing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate approach to elder care
Prior experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)

Pay range: $24.00 - $31.10/hour
(Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.)
