- Full-Time AM: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-Time PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Part-Time PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rates by Shift
- AM Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $25.00/hr
- PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $25.50/hr

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on, direct resident care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and communicate changes promptly
- Partner with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
- Strong attention to detail and resident safety
- Long-term care experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person
