  • Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per provider orders and scope of practice

  • Perform specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and basic wound care

  • Monitor patient status, respond to clinical needs, and communicate concerns to providers promptly

  • Maintain exam rooms, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and functional

  • Accurately document patient encounters, treatments, and clinical data in the electronic health record (EHR)

  • Support clinic flow by assisting with patient check-in/out or front desk needs when required

  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory standards

Clinic Schedule

Our Little Rock Port clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday hours.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

This position may also assist with onsite employer services, which may occur outside of standard clinic hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, based on client needs.

Benefits & Perks

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

  • No weekend or evening shifts — maintain work/life balance.
