 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, resident-centered care
• Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff

 Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standing with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
