What You’ll Do:
- Deliver safe, resident-centered care
- Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
- Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standing with no restrictions
- CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
