What We're Looking For:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
- Experience:
- One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Appropriate state LPN license, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, IV management, wound care, and hands‑on hygiene support to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes
- Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary team members, fostering strong teamwork and smooth daily workflow
- Coordinate patient needs across the care continuum, including partnering with the dialysis unit for patients requiring specialized treatment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while supporting a stable, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and long‑term career mobility
