Compensation
  • Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

  • The LPN functions independently within their licensed scope of practice
 Primary Responsibilities
The LPN is responsible for delivering skilled nursing services in accordance with the client’s individualized care plan, physician orders, and all applicable regulatory and professional standards. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitoring the client’s medical condition and overall health status
  • Medication administration and medication management
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and clinical observations
  • Providing care for a bedridden client, including repositioning and skin integrity monitoring to prevent pressure injuries
  • Assisting with medical equipment, treatments, and infection control procedures
  • Promptly communicating any changes in condition to the supervising Registered Nurse and/or physician
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation
