Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate home health care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Minimal Qualifications
Education
Graduation from an accredited program of Practical Nursing required
Experience
1-2 years recent clinical experience in an acute care setting required
Home care / Home health experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Valid LPN license in the District of Columbia Maryland or Virginia or any combination as required based on work location(s) Upon Hire required and
DL - Valid State Driver's License in good standing with a dependable vehicle for transportation Upon Hire required and
CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
