Location: New York 14456
Pay: $1500 – $1674/week
Full-Time (5x8-hour evening shifts)
Every other weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to adult and geriatric residents under RN supervision
Assess and monitor resident physical and psychosocial conditions; report changes to RN/team
Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
Administer treatments and support daily care in accordance with policies and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive care environment
Active NY LPN License (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an LTC setting
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
