*$4,000 sign on bonus to be paid as follows: $1,000 after completion of 3 months, $1,000 at completion of 6 months and $2,000 at completion of 1 year. Team members must be in good standing.

Responsible for carrying out the instructions of the Director of Wellness. Supervise and monitor nursing staff to obtain highest quality care by performing routine nursing duties. Accountable to Director of Wellness/Executive Director for all nursing department activities and maintaining the corporate philosophy of quality care.
The above duties include many of the tasks for LPN. At times it may be necessary to perform other duties as requested by the Director of Wellness. Refusal to perform any task as directed by leadership will be cause for disciplinary action.
