Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at an adult correctional facility in Phoenix, Arizona! This position plays a vital role in providing essential care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: 7 pm - 7:30 AM, 3x12's
- Employment Type: Contract
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing)
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Valid TB Test for the last year
- N95 Fit test using one of the following masks: #46867 (small) and #46767 (regular)
- Ability to pass a strict background check and fingerprint clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper dosages for adolescent patients
- Monitor and document vital signs while assessing patients for any signs of distress or illness
- Provide wound care and first aid for injuries common in a correctional facility
- Assist with chronic condition management, such as asthma, diabetes, and mental health concerns
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care until higher-level support arrives
- Collaborate with behavioral health teams to address emotional and psychological needs
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards in a communal living environment
- Maintain documentation and communicate health updates with RNs, facility staff, and guardians as needed
