Licensed Practical Nurse

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and data entry systems
• Able to work in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection and processing, and medication administration as permitted by scope of practice
• Screen, recruit, and enroll study participants; obtain informed consent under the direction of the Principal Investigator
• Educate participants on study procedures, expectations, and follow-up requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in source documents and electronic data capture systems
• Monitor participants for adverse events and report findings appropriately
  Schedule and conduct study visits, ensuring protocol adherence
  Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, and study team members
