The Hawai'i Womens Healthcare department offers complete obstetrical and gynecological care for women and is one of the most comprehensive centers for womens health in Hawai'i. Services include:
• Obstetrical care • Pre-pregnancy counseling • Medical dietary and social service counseling • Pregnancy testing • Prenatal and high-risk prenatal care counseling • Postpartum follow-up care • Referral services • Infertility diagnostics and treatment • Family planning • Annual physical exams • Pap smears • Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases • Birth control methods • Routine gynecological exams • Evaluation for and scheduling of gynecologic surgeries • Cyst biopsy and removal • Nutrition counseling • Endocrine and teen clinics • among others.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will help to provide our signature compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in providing care to patients of all ages in accordance with standards of practice and training for a Licensed Practical Nurse. We are looking for someone with warm, sensitive patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'is people.

• Current Hawaii Licensed Practical Nurse license • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support BLS CPR card
Preferred Qualifications:
• One year recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in area of specialty or successful completion of area-specific training program • Knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology CPT • International Classification of Diseases 9th edition ICD-9 coding • Experience with online medical software systems
