Schedule:
Positions require a minimum of four shifts per month (includes two weekend shifts) and one holiday per year
Available Shifts:
- 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Pay Range: $31.09 – $42.19 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You’ll Make
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
- Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
- Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
- Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to support safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
- Promote a respectful, positive, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
- Demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and strong customer service in daily practice
Qualifications:
Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
Experience Required:
- Minimum one year of nursing experience
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
