Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to contribute to resident care in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports recovery and functional improvement through structured, hands-on sessions.

Key Duties:

• Deliver interventions following established care plans
• Guide residents through movement-based activities and exercise programs
• Assist with walking practice, transfers, and safe mobility tasks
• Observe outcomes and share updates with the supervising clinician
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant required
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to quality care
