Physicians Rehab Solution is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position at Nebraska Orthopaedic Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Full-time is preferred, and clinicians in this role enjoy schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a general orthopedic caseload. Full-time PTs can expect an average of 11 patients per day. Physicians Rehab Solution therapists work closely with referring physicians to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment protocols focused on strong outcomes. Opportunities to bring a specialty or area of clinical focus are welcomed.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no weekends and no holidays. Flexible scheduling is available based on the needs of the clinician hired, with autonomy to structure a schedule that supports work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for a full-time position is $85,000 to $115,000 per year, plus additional compensation opportunities based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and continuing education support.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Nebraska state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is required. Full-time availability of up to 40 hours per week is preferred, though part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
