Job Overview – Licensed Physical Therapist
Compensation: $65/hour 
Location: Palm Beach County, FL 
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist in Palm Beach County, FL for our client, supporting patient rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and pain management in a clinical setting. This role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering hands-on physical therapy to support recovery from injury, illness, or surgery. The position requires strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and experience with rehabilitation techniques and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities as the Licensed Physical Therapist:
  • Patient Evaluation: Assess patient conditions by reviewing medical history and conducting physical examinations.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans with defined goals and expected outcomes.
  • Therapy Delivery: Administer manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Progress Documentation: Track patient progress, update treatment plans, and complete required documentation.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and preventive care.
  • Collaboration: Work with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications for the Licensed Physical Therapist:
  • Education: Doctorate or bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida is required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist through clinical training or professional experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of rehabilitation techniques, patient care standards, and treatment modalities is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinical documentation systems are required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple patients effectively are required.
