COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Range: $22–$24/hour (based on experience and certification)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST — No weekends!
• Training Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for the first 4 weeks
ROLE IMPACT
Put your pharmacy experience to work in a role where you can make a real difference for patients! As a Licensed Pharmacy Care Coordinator, you’ll help members overcome barriers to obtaining important medications while providing the support, guidance, and follow-through they need.
You’ll serve as a key connection between patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical assistance programs, helping ensure prescriptions move forward quickly and accurately. If you’re a licensed Pharmacy Technician who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding patient experience, this could be a great next step in your career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the go-to resource for members who need help accessing medications or navigating patient assistance programs.
• Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacies, and assistance programs to obtain approvals and keep prescriptions moving toward fulfillment.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications while providing friendly, professional, and compassionate support.
• Track and document member interactions accurately and provide timely follow-up through resolution.
• Troubleshoot medication-access issues and help identify solutions that keep the member experience on track.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent service and support the overall success of the program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Pharmacy Technician License or Certification required (must be valid in at least one state).
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, member services, or call center environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with prescription benefit programs, medication access, or patient assistance programs.

• Proven ability to investigate issues, find solutions, and create a positive patient experience.
