Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products by identifying clients' needs and recommending the right coverage.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
• Exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
• Generate new business through agency leads, referrals, personal networking, and cross-selling.
• Stay up to date on insurance products, industry changes, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow agency processes.

Licensing: Active Property and Casualty License required.

Remote Work Location: Candidates must be located within one hour of Arizona's time zone, and maintain high speed internet and a private workspace
