We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility in Bossier City, LA. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands how to balance clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead department heads across nursing, rehab, and support services
- Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Maintain survey readiness and lead during inspections
- Build a positive culture for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a SNF (REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey process
- Proven track record of operational and financial leadership
- Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
