Position Summary: $5,000 Sign on Bonus for eligible new hires The LNA is a vital part of the health care team which includes hospitalists, charge nurse, staff nurses, unit secretary and therapies. The successful candidate possess excellent communication skills, works well in a busy environment and is able to adapt to changing needs. Duties and responsibilities include: Obtaining and recording vital signs EKGs Glucometer point of care testing Assisting patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, feeding, ambulation) Obtaining outside medical records Clean and stock rooms with appropriate medical equipment and supplies Assist nurses with patient care Qualifications: Education: HS graduate Licensure: VT LNA license, BLS certification
