Vytalyze Minds Corp is seeking experienced, licensed clinicians to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a hybrid independent contractor opportunity designed for therapists ready to maintain a consistent caseload within a structured, supportive environment.
Position Overview
Provide high-quality individual and family therapy services to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. We welcome clinicians with diverse therapeutic approaches and clinical backgrounds.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid model with in-office presence preferred (approximately 2 days/week).
- Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends preferred).
- Consistent referral stream to support caseload growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Complete timely and compliant documentation.
- Maintain an active and consistent caseload.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
